Terms of sale
The practical agreement.
Last updated 31 October 2026. These terms cover the Heirloom Core direct-store pilot.
Seller and payment
KernelPerson sells the digital product. Stripe processes checkout payments; using Stripe does not make Stripe the seller or transfer the seller's tax obligations.
Direct live checkout is closed until the required seller identity and lawful business correspondence details have been verified and published.
This preview uses test mode. Test payments do not buy the product or create a live entitlement.
The listed Core price is USD $16.99 for a one-time purchase. Review the final checkout total, including any applicable tax, before paying. Only Heirloom Core is offered in this pilot.
Your order and delivery
Provide an email address you control. After successful payment verification, the order is recorded and licence fulfilment begins. An emailed access link lets you view the RIC licence and request private downloads. A checkout return page is informational and does not itself confirm payment or grant access.
If payment succeeds but delivery is delayed, allow a few minutes, then use purchase recovery or contact support. Do not place a duplicate order to resolve a delivery problem.
Compatibility and dependencies
Heirloom Core is a Minecraft server plugin for Paper. Check its current release documentation for the exact Paper and Java requirements before buying. Optional visual providers have their own dependencies. Bedrock gameplay remains experimental and is not advertised as supported. Minecraft, Paper, and third-party software change independently.
Your licence
The purchase grants the use rights on the licensing page, including up to three installations for the buyer. Ownership of the software and artwork remains with its rights holders. Do not share keys or paid files, distribute access links, bypass controls, or use the product unlawfully.
Cancellation and refunds
The refund policy forms part of these terms. We do not assume that payment alone waives a consumer's cancellation rights. Any legally effective request for immediate digital supply and acknowledgement of losing that right must be explicit and recorded. Mandatory consumer rights remain available.
Support and availability
We target an initial support reply within two UK business days. Payment processing, licence services, email, and downloads can occasionally be interrupted. A perpetual licence does not promise indefinite new releases or support for future server versions.
Rights and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer protections. Contact [email protected] about an order or concern. Marketplace orders are governed by the terms of the marketplace where they were purchased.
