Licensing

A key for your own servers.

The direct-store pilot sells Heirloom Core only. Marketplace purchases keep the terms of their original listing.

Heirloom Core

A paid Heirloom Core pilot purchase grants the buyer a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use Core on up to three installations belonging to that buyer. RIC manages the licence and checks its status online. Keep a separate installation identity on each server. Do not copy another server's identity or cached lease.

Keep the key private. Do not share it with another owner, resell or redistribute paid files, publish download or access links, or bypass licence controls. A contractor may install the plugin for you without keeping or reusing your files or key.

Activate a direct-store download

Use the Heirloom Core JAR from your direct-store purchase and the RIC key shown in purchase access. Stop the server before editing its files. Choose one of these methods:

Start or restart the server after saving. Do not put a direct-store RIC key in license-key or plugins/Heirloom/license.key: those settings use legacy Lukittu licensing. Existing marketplace downloads keep their own installation instructions.

Activation and migration

Use the documented deactivation process when retiring a server. If you cannot release an installation, contact [email protected] with your purchase reference. A new IP address alone does not grant another owner's access.

Delivery and updates

After verified payment and fulfilment, purchase access provides the RIC key and private downloads. Use the email address from checkout to recover access. A perpetual licence does not promise indefinite new features or compatibility with future Minecraft versions. Check the release documentation before updating a server.

Other products

Bundles, addons, asset packs, and Shutterbug are catalogue-only on this pilot. No direct purchase rights are offered for them here. Check the terms on the marketplace where you purchase them, including any Core dependency.

Refunds and disputes

A refunded or disputed purchase may lose its associated licence and download access. This does not remove mandatory consumer rights. See the refund policy.
